Celebrated New Year's Eve at this hotel. The atmosphere was lively and festive, perfect for welcoming in the New Year. The complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres were a nice touch, as was the live music performance. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of all the action and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The pool was also a highlight with comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of sun.
Unfortunately, the room was not up to par. The bathroom was outdated and in need of some repairs. There was also a strange odor that lingered throughout the room. While the staff was friendly, it was difficult to get any assistance during peak periods. while the New Year's festivities were enjoyable, the room left a lot to be desired.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. The leisure facilities are diverse and enjoyable, with a beautiful pool area and multiple activities available. The service provided by the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the mountains from many of the rooms.
The rooms are slightly cramped and may not meet the needs of those seeking more space.

What a wonderful place to relax during a city break! The staff were always cheerful and helpful, and the beautiful garden grounds were immaculate. The pool area was a real highlight, with comfy loungers and great food and drinks served at the poolside restaurant. We appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning, as well as the afternoon rose wine. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located within easy walking distance of the main street's shops and restaurants.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. Firstly, there was no fitness center or sauna/steam room on the property. Secondly, our room was quite dark with only two dim bedside lamps, and no overhead light or lamp at the desk. Lastly, although the room had painted concrete floors, there were no slippers provided, so we had to bring our own. Despite these minor issues, we still enjoyed our time at this lovely hotel.

Great hotel facilities, lovely pool area, and surprisingly quiet ambiance given its city location. The hotel offers some nice complementary amenities; guests can enjoy the beautiful garden and the nice spa treatments. Also, the hotel is strategically located near restaurants, shops, and tourist spots.
The overall experience was not 4-star as advertised, with some frustrating aspects in different areas, specifically at the front desk, unfriendly service providers, and mediocre room accommodations. Additionally, some of the offered amenities were not available during our stay. If you're considering a city break in the summer, this might not be the right destination given the extreme heat and the unavailability of restaurants, activities, and shops.

Hassle free relaxing weekend break ,with friendly staff and great food on site , and the best mini bar I have ever seen.
I can not fault this hotel, but I must stress that we only stayed 2 nights so can only base my opinion on our short stay but would have stayed longer.

I loved my room when I switched twice -- there is no reason to stay if room is on roadside. So I will prebook with a room number attached or not go!
Noisy room 28 and 4. not deluxe to hear traffic.

Best thing about the hotel was that housekeeping came into the room several times a day to freshen up the room (change towels, etc). Had breakfast and pre-dinner light food at the dining room (Purple Palms?) and food was excellent, menu interesting. I also liked that coffee was available in the morning at the bar---a very popular and well-used feature. Grounds are beautiful. Staff is friendly and most of them performed very well and in an understated way, which I appreciated
You cannot be in a hurry for breakfast as the dining room does not open until 8 am. And dining server is also delivering room service. When housekeeping freshens up the room, they turn on music and all the lights. Terribly wasteful and totally unnecessary

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I brought my 7 year old with me and although the hotel was geared for adults, she felt comfortable and quite pampered.

Staff was great. Perfect location. Old palm springs style courtyard hotel - beautiful view of the mountain from our room. Lush green grounds - quiet and relaxing.
The bathroom shower tile needs a good scrub and the rug in the bedroom was dirty.
